How it works
- The brief. You send us the lot schedule, plans, services, photos or perspectives and your conditions of sale. One exchange is enough to frame the system.
- Putting it online. We create detailed sheets for each typology on pdh.ma , with photos, surface area, floor, services and prices, and prepare the materials for the other channels.
- Diffusion. Your program is published on our site, on portals and ad sites, and on our social networks, with quality short videos.
- The leads. Each request is qualified (budget, typology, financing, deadline) before being sent to you or giving rise to a visit. You follow the progress batch by batch.

Casablanca and national coverage
Our agency is located at 12 rue Al Houtaya , in Maarif. We are particularly familiar with Maarif , Mers Sultan , Sidi Maarouf and Berrechid , and we support programs throughout Morocco, including with Moroccans living abroad.
What we sell today
We are currently selling new housing in Mers Sultan, a studio of 58 m² and a duplex of 71.50 m² , as well as a R+3 building plot in the center of Berrechid . These sheets show the level of detail we apply to each program.
